Matcha Okumidori Mikawa
Single-cultivar Matcha from Toyota, Aichi, Japan.
This Okumidori tastes of light nori with a hint of chocolate, and it is creamy and vegetal with a sweet finish. It comes from a single estate in Toyota, in the Mikawa region of eastern Aichi, where the same farm also grows our Mikawa Blend. Next to our Okumidori from Nishio and Kagoshima, it is the third Okumidori in our line-up, so that you can taste how one cultivar changes from region to region.
