Habe viel gelernt, danke!

discovered this website by chance, and it’s a wonderful place to buy high-quality tea in Europe. The site is beautiful and very easy to navigate, and the shipping was incredibly fast. I'm so glad I found it

Every time I visit the gallery it is great to see all the tea ceramics and sometimes I buy some cups or jugs.
I just finished Oscar Brekell's Beyond Nostalgia 100 year old tree zairai sencha. I'm not much of a sencha person and ususally opt for sheng puerh or an oolong in my daily loose leaf tea drinking. But this sencha has such a potent and delicious fragrance it was almost addictive. The "after cup smell" the tea left in the porcelain smelled as sweet, complex, fruity, and floral as some of the best old tree young sheng puerhs.
This gallery is so wonderful to visit and there are very special tea ceramics and so interesting tea events . I learned a lot over tea and where these teas are coming from.
I always enjoy unhearted gallery, wonderfull ceramics and teas.
I can wholly recommend the teaware as well as the matcha I purchased from Unearthed. All the pieces are of superb quality. Really the spot for special pieces. The owner told me he is making sure through extra lab tests that all tea he sells is free of pesticides
Die beste Tee-Galerie in München
–mit wunderschönen Workshops und hochwertigem Tee-Zubehör!
Shopping from this seller feels like a privilege.
The privilege to have access to only the best and the prettiest things.
I love everything they sell and their professionalism.
The shipping was fast and the packaging was incredibly safe. I'm very satisfied with the product. However, right after I placed an order, I understood that I want to buy another item. It would've been really nice if the merchant could add it to the same parcel for me to avoid double payment for the shipping. I tried to reach out via email and also in Instagram - no success. I mean, nobody answered. It's not a great deal, however I felt disappointed somehow. Would be nice to have somebody actually reading the emails. That's my suggestion and a point to improve. Other than that you guys are doing really great. Best of success to the project! Will come again and buy some more great stuff from you.
Questions about our reviews
Why are the ratings so good?
We are a small gallery with a curated range — we select every tea and every maker ourselves. And we ask every customer for a review, not only the happy ones. When something goes wrong, we try to solve it, and that shows in the reviews too. We publish every review, positive or negative.
How do you verify that reviews are real?
Reviews marked “Verified” come from an order we can match in our shop system. Reviews submitted directly on the website count as verified only after the reviewer confirms their email address and it matches a real order. Reviews we cannot match to a purchase carry no “Verified” badge.
Do reviewers get a reward?
Yes. Since July 2026, every customer who writes a review receives a 10% discount code for their next tea or matcha order. Everyone gets the same code, no matter how many stars they give.
Do you publish negative reviews?
Yes. We do not delete critical reviews. We answer them, and if something went wrong on our side, we try to solve it.
