Freshly Milled Matcha

We are setting up a stone mill in the gallery in Munich. From this autumn we will mill tencha in small lots and on order, so the matcha you receive was ground a few days before it ships and not months earlier in Japan.

The tencha is already secured: single-cultivar leaf from Japan, among them Okumidori, Saemidori and Tsuyuhikari, and it stays in cold storage until it goes into the mill.

There is nothing to order on this page yet. Until the first lot is milled you will find our current matcha under All Matcha. If you want to know when the mill runs, the newsletter is the right place, because we will send one mail when the first lot is ready.
