About Daigo Kikuchi (Toyama, Japan)

Daigo Kikuchi’s glassware balances clarity and subtle warmth. His signature technique of adding a hint of pink introduces a gentle softness without distracting from the tea, sake, or water it holds. The thin construction gives each piece a refined and weightless feel. Flow lines left from the forming process play with light and shadow, adding a sense of movement and depth. His work stands out not for bold statements but for its quiet precision and harmony.

Daigo’s work invites a different kind of appreciation—its presence is felt more than seen. These pieces are best used with care, ideal for serving teas or cold drinks. While not intended for boiling water, they comfortably handle temperatures up to 85°C when handled gently. Not dishwasher- or microwave-safe. Each piece carries the quiet spirit of Toyama glassmaking, interpreted through Daigo’s eyes.
