SLOW FLOW

A solo exhibition by Kim Whye Kee of Qi Pottery (Singapore), presenting functional teaware shaped by personal transformation and deep dialogue with tea. The exhibition title reflects Kim's guiding philosophy: that tea drinking invites slowness, presence, and the intertwining of craft and sensory experience. His wheel-thrown stoneware is designed for practitioners who brew with care and intention — surfaces that are tactile, forms that are intuitive in use. "Tea flows slow, time fades / craft and fragrance intertwined, / savor now, be here."
