Over three hours we brew five premium teas in the gong fu cha style, one from each of the main tea types: white tea, green tea, Heicha or Pu'Erh, Oolong and black tea. Between the infusions we tell short anecdotes about the origin of the tea plant Camellia sinensis, the cultural significance of tea in China, tea culture and cultivation in Japan and Taiwan, and the role tea played in the colonial era.
