• Processing and differences between the various types of tea by means of tasting:

  • White tea, Green tea, Heicha/PuErh, Oolong, Black tea

• Camellia Sinensis - the origin of the tea plant

• Cultural significance of tea in China and beyond

• Tea culture and cultivation in Japan and Taiwan

• Relevance of tea in the colonial era
