Hoshino KOSHUN Sencha (50g)
Single-cultivar Sencha from Hoshino village, Yame, Fukuoka, Japan
Produced in Hoshino by our award-winning Gyokuro farmer, this Sencha is made from the aroma cultivar Kōshun. Kōshun was bred in Shizuoka from two aroma carriers and around 90% of it is still grown there, so a Kōshun from Yame is a rare chance to taste this cultivar outside its home prefecture. It is also the unoxidised counterpart to our Experimental Kōshun Sencha, which means you can compare the same plant with and without withering, side by side.
