Exhibition Pieces
Since July 2023 the gallery has held 17 exhibitions, each around three weeks long, each built around one maker, one region or one type of vessel. This collection gathers every piece that came through one of those shows. The pieces were selected for the exhibition, not for the shop, so this is where the larger teapots, the signed boxes and the works that a maker sends only once tend to sit.
The Recent Shows
TOKONAME (June 2026) brought more than 130 kyusu from Seiji Ito, Yutaro Yamada, Kanjo Omata, Yokei Mizuno and Teruyuki Isobe. Light and Shadow II (April 2026) was the second show of Japanese glassmakers, with Daigo Kikuchi, Miki Inoue and Torimoto Glass Studio. Jingdezhen (December 2025) showed four young craftspeople from China's porcelain city, among them Wang Yufeng and Duan Aiqin. sensible (October 2025) was a solo exhibition of David Louveau's porcelain, Vessels without stories (September 2025) the Dehua porcelain of Huang Yongxing, and LOCAL MATTER (April 2025) the work of makers based here in Munich.
