A directly sourced, single-cultivar matcha from Nishio, Aichi. This is a strong value option for businesses that want a more distinctive, origin-led matcha without moving fully into high-end pricing. It is suitable for both usucha and mixed drinks, with long shading, fresh stone-milling by order, and cold storage in Germany. The profile is bold, umami-driven and just slightly astringent, making it a good fit for cafés that want a greener, more characterful cup with a long and sweet finish.
A balanced daily premium matcha from Kagoshima, offered as both bulk pouch and resale-ready tin. This tea is a very well-balanced quality that works for usucha but is also especially strong in high-end mixed drinks such as lattes and tonics. It is a comparable quality range to the Nishio Okumidori, with a slightly nutty, vegetal profile, moderate umami, light bitterness and a sweet finish. All in all more classic than the Okumidori.

Built for milk drinks and consistent café service. Best suited for matcha latte programs and signature drinks where balance, color, body and cost control matter. This Matcha offers a great color and great value, especially suitable for lighter ratios and sweeter milk alternatives (Coconut-milk etc.)
The teapot is very elegant and precisely made. Pour is crystal smooth and very satisfying. The lid holds by itself while pouring which is great with a side handle. Only downsides : the artist's seal is so small it's almost unreadable if you don't know what it is, and the lid isn't completely water sealed.
Great overall
