These are small batch Wakochas (Japanes Black Tea) from Miyazaki prefecture made by Takuya Yokoyama at Issin-En. With its sweet profile and clean finish all of the black teas from this series share the same juicy and floral character but are still unique and different in character.

Processing: Fully oxidised

• Minamisayaka: full-bodied with muscatel sweetness
• Koshun: clean sweetness with woody cinnamon aftertaste
• Izumi: light-bodied with bright and subtle aftertaste
