“Series G” leather shifuku are made exclusively in the finest black Napa leather repurposed from vintage leather jackets by Barcelona designer Estrella G. Hence their name. Always and only made with a black silk lining and a Cannon grey himo they are numbered along with my signature kaō as they are made. This is no.8 in the series. Following Kyle’s recent exhibition in Kyoto, people have started pre-booking future numbers in the series. Each number is only made once and strictly in numerical order.
All shifuku feature bespoke handmade himo and tsugari (gathering cord that attaches the himo) in pure silk by Kyle and are signed with the Studio Shifuku mark inside. All linings are silk.
