Das Glas ist damit genau dort am engsten, wo der Tee sonst über den Rand ginge, und beim Aufschlagen spritzt nichts heraus. Ein Chasen beschreibt dabei einen Bogen, und die einziehende Wand folgt diesem Bogen, statt ihm im Weg zu stehen. In einer Schale mit gerader Wand werden die Borsten in die Seite gedrückt, und genau daran brechen sie. Darüber öffnet sich der Hals wieder zu einem Rand, an dem sich der Pitcher einhändig greifen und ausgießen lässt.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cstrong\u003eUm den Ausguss herum ist alles andere entstanden.\u003c\/strong\u003e Er ist so gezogen, dass Schaum und Tee gleichzeitig aus dem Glas laufen. Ein normaler Rand tut das nicht, dort läuft zuerst die Flüssigkeit heraus und der gerade aufgeschlagene Mikroschaum bleibt zurück. Wir nennen ihn den Even-Pour Ausguss. So lassen sich mehrere Schalen in einem Durchgang füllen, und durch das klare Glas ist zu sehen, wie fein der Schaum wirklich ist.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cstrong\u003eWir haben dieses Stück machen lassen, statt es einzukaufen.\u003c\/strong\u003e Jede Version gab es zuerst als 3D-Druck, den wir mit Wasser gefüllt und ausgegossen haben. Danach haben wir immer nur eine Sache verändert, den Winkel des Ausgusses, die Weite der Öffnung, die Höhe des Fußes, bis die Datei in die Werkstatt ging.
